Will There Be A "FLUBBER 2" In 3D?

It's been reported that Robin Williams and Disney wanna make "FLUBBER 2". And they want it in 3D. Now the remake back in the 90's was poorly received by critics and was quite a box-office failure, so if Disney did end up making a sequel, it'll more likely be a fresh start, like a reboot or another remake..........without Robin Williams! They both want it made, but they're not saying it together, it's both seperate convos.
I loved the 90's film. I thought that it was hillariously funny. And it had great special effects. I really would love to see Disney make a new film, wether it'll be a sequel with or without Williams or just a reboot.
